It’ll probably be easier to just re-do all the Graphene settings again than trying to recover it.

Regarding the export/import feature, it’s not meant to import .sql file. The export file that Graphene generates is in JSON format, and that’s the format it accepts for import.

You have this declaration in your child theme’s CSS:

You’ll only lose the changes that you made to the theme’s files. If you haven’t edited any of the theme’s files before, it should be fine.

Are you sure there are pages/posts with the IDs of 1, 3, and 4? Trying to access them on your site all leads to 404 Error.
