    Try opening up the file graphene-mobile-neo/js/gmneo.js and make the following changes:

    Line 58:
    - $('.menu > .menu-item-ancestor > a').click(function(){
    + $('#nav .menu > .menu-item-ancestor > a').click(function(){

    Line 73:
    - $('.menu-wrapper').each(function(){
    + $('#nav .menu-wrapper').each(function(){

    Line 82:
    - $('.menu-wrapper .menu .sub-menu').each(function(){
    + $('#nav .menu-wrapper .menu .sub-menu').each(function(){

    Let me know how that goes or if your need further assistance.

    Can you add a child in one of the menu item in your slide-out panel so that we can take a look further? So far I can’t reproduce the behaviour from my side.

    What are the plugins you’re using in the site with the issue that you are not using on the other two sites?

    The original issue has disappeared but I would ask for help to install the usual complete menu on this site: http://scatterwork.com/

    What did you mean by “usual complete menu”? If you want to create a Custom Menu, you can do that from the usual place: WP Admin > Appearance > Menus.

    Hi,

    We have just released an update for the theme that fixes the issue you described. Kindly update your copy of Graphene Mobile Neo to the latest version (1.8.2) and you should see the issue fixed.

    1. Is my theme activated correctly?

    If I”m on the desktop version and I go to my admin and check the theme, it shows Child Theme active.

    But if I’m on the mobile version and go to admin and check the theme, it shows Mobile Neo active.

    Is that correct?

    That is the expected behaviour.

    . Linking through to new pages on my site sometimes flips to the other version.

    Sometimes when I’m on desktop view and click the ‘home’ tab, it reloads to the mobile version. Other times, it stays in desktop version.

    Usually on desktop version, if I click through to any other page or post, it stays in desktop view in the new page.

    But on mobile version, quite often when I click through on ANY link, it resorts to the desktop version. (I’m viewing it on my laptop, not on a mobile device). Today, however, the mobile version seems to click through to mobile version with every link. ?? It seems to vary from day to day and by which links I click through.

    Hmm… This could account for my dropping stats. ? Especially if people are on a mobile device and they click through to read a post and get switched to the desktop version, that would be very difficult to read suddenly.

    What can I do about this changing view?

    This usually happens when you’re using any kind of page caching plugin, eg. WP Super Cache, W3 Total Cache, etc.

    3. Mobile version menu is showing just a list of the first 20 items in my regular main menu, alphabetically.

    THIS could also be a big reason for my drop in visitor numbers? Nobody can access my other posts and categories properly.

    I think I need to create a new menu for the Neo version and then select that as the main menu for Neo? Is this correct?

    (but I’m nervous about doing this due to the above Theme active issue I explained above. I dont’ want a new menu to override the main menu on my desktop view…because of Mobile NEo showing as active)

    Yes, you’ll need to create a custom menu for use on the mobile theme, which from what I’ve seen you’ve probably done it. Also, when accessing WP Admin, it’s best to do it on a laptop / desktop and not from a mobile device.

    4. In mobile version, how can I select the items to display in ‘jump to category’ option?

    There is no option for this – the feature just lists down all your categories.

    5. Heading Text Color in both desktop and mobile versions –

    Before updating WP and Graphene then installing Neo, I had all the Headings within my posts and pages set to a particular color. Now all my headings show up in black. I can’t figure out how to reset the headings to my previous color. I’ve checked and played around with my custom child css, graphene options and neo options, but I can’t find any way to set the headings color.

    How do I do that?

    Which headings are these? Your page/post titles are already in a purplish colour.

    6. setting the Text size –

    I also can’t figure out how to set the text size within my posts/pages on either version. Again, I’ve tried altering my child theme custom css, graphene and neo options. Nothing seems to alter the text size.

    How can I set the text size?

    If you’re making changes correctly either in your child theme’s CSS file, or in the theme’s Custom CSS feature, and the changes don’t seem to take effect, it means there’s a mistake in the CSS code you added or the previous CSS codes that you’ve added.

    7. setting a border around the photos in my posts and pages.

    When creating a new post in WP editor, when adding photos I used to be able to put a border around my photos. Now I can’t find that option in the editor. Nor can I figure out how to add a border otherwise. This seems to be a WP editor change?

    Is it still possible to add a border around photos in WP editor?

    My older posts still show up with the photo borders, which I much prefer. Sample:

    You can add photos to all your images by using CSS.

    On another note. I would suggest making use of Google Webmaster Tools to be aware of any issues that your site might be having from Google’s perspective. It will alert you if there’s any sudden increase of 404 pages, connectivity issues, sitemap issues, etc.

    Can you provide the URL to the page where this is happening?

    Hi Matt,

    1. You can see a live demo of the theme here: http://demo.graphene-theme.com/graphene-mobile-neo/

    2. If you have added any custom feature for Graphene, you will need to port over those features for Neo if you want the features to be available in Neo as well.

    3. You can use 1 licence on all the websites that you own.

    #44833

    You’re using a Static Front Page with the “Programs and Events” page being the front page. It also happens to be in the submenu, so that’s why the submenu is displayed. You can remove the link from the submenu (since returning to Home basically shows the same page) and the submenu won’t be displayed by default.

    1) I have Google Adsense ads, and the inline article ones do appear where they should. Unfortunately, they stick out beyond the width of the mobile formatted page. The other images on the page scale proportionately to the device width, but the ads to not. How can I get them to fit normally. These aren’t super wide ads (460px).

    You’ll need to change your ad code to one that is compatible with both desktop and mobile.

    2) In addition to the formatting, I am also an affiliate partner with a store, and they use sort of ad widgets to refer to the specific product that I speak about (I do camera reviews, so at the end, I put a link for anyone to potentially purchase the reviewed item if they desire). The base image loads, but none of the dynamic information is brought along with it on mobile. Any ideas?

    Please provide a link to your site so that we can take a look.

    3) Is there a way to add other widget blocks to the main pages…things that appear on the sidebar in the main theme? I don’t seem to find options for those items.

    Yes. There are built-in widget areas for Graphene Mobile (go to WP Admin > Appearance > Widgets). You can also use the Action Hook Widget Areas feature in Graphene Mobile to very easily create more widget areas for use in Graphene Mobile.
