That is probably because your site is using a Static Front Page. Can you provide the URL to your site?

You can change the number of posts that have the content displayed in front page via GM Neo Options > General > Front Page Options > Number of posts to show with excerpt.

Make sure you don’t include the - and +. Those are there to indicate the line that needs to be modified. Also, which widget did you use to add those menu in the slide-out panel? What is the version of GM Neo on your site?
