that definitely helps…thanks. So there’s no way I insert my ad in graphene where i wanted in my example page above and have the text wrap? i’ve seen it done on a ton of other sites but they probably weren’t using this theme.

Also, I noticed that the adsense option appears to only add the ads to posts (not pages). is this correct?

Well, I went ahead and installed. All of my graphene options were overwritten to the defaults so I’m resetting them. I had to reset the colors (still don’t have them quite right) but I can’t find any way to adjust the color on the “comment” button at the bottom of the page http://fghelper.com/fgh/

Thanks, I read that earlier. Do I install over my current theme? I have a child theme active too.

Thanks for the plugin suggestion. I think I tried that one and couldn’t get it to work.

Also, in graphene, there’s a section to input my social sharing button code. I generated the facebook code and pasted into graphene but nothing happens at all. Any idea what I may be doing wrong?

By the way, I love graphene. I tried to rate it but was unable.

Thanks, Josh. I finally circled back around to this issue. It’s amazing how much ‘work’ goes into setting up a webpage… so many details! The uppercase is gone AND I even managed to figure out how to make the font bold on my own. I know, a small feat for you but a major step in bravery for me.

I think I’m too scared to try the 404 edit. I understand what you’re saying but I’m still not sure how I create a new 404.php in the child theme but I won’t take up any more of your time on this because I know I’m just not brave enough to try it yet.

I just tried typing in the secondary menu item manually and it didn’t change the styling.

I can try to change the functions.php file but before I do, my current 404 page can be seen at http://fghelper/fgh/sdlfdj/ (don’t laugh at my silly site). I want to keep the search box and everything below it. Will your instruction allow me to do that?
