When not perched on my workspace, I tremendously enjoy hiking in the bushes and climbing mountains. They serve as much-needed refuges from the pretense of cities.

You need to replace back the
style.cssfile in the maingraphenefolder with the original one. It cannot work without that file.Easiest to just reinstall the theme.

We can’t tell you the dimension of the background area, simply because there isn’t one, but countless of them.
As Ken mentioned, the width of background area depends on the width of the browser’s window, which in turn depends on the monitor’s resolution. The height on the other hand depends on the browser’s window and the amount of content you have.
Not everybody has got the same monitor size and resolution, thus there is no single dimension for the background area.

I’ve added a new reply that should fix it.

Version 1.4.1 fixes a number of bugs, including the one you mentioned. I’ve already submitted it to the theme repository. Will probably take a day or two before it is made live.
Hang on and sit tight 🙂

Those scripts are still needed for the comments/pingbacks tabbing in posts. Also, since the scripts are already loaded on home page, the browser won’t need to load it again in subsequent pages. It’ll just fetch it from cache.
But I agree, the theme does need some optimisation in terms of script loading. Maybe in next update.

Try replacing the content of the theme’s
admin/validator.phpfile with the updated one here: http://graphene.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/graphene/admin/validator.phpLet me know if there’s any error message still showing.

That’s to be expected, as WordPress don’t go on checking for update on every page load. Instead, it caches the results from its update check, and performs the update check every 12 hours or so.

Hi bo_wadh7a,
Version 1.0.2 is already available for update. You should be able to update automatically from your WordPress dashboard. If the update notification is not there, try going to WP Admin > Appearance > Themes to force an update check. And make sure you enter your API key in the Graphene Mobile options page before updating.
Let me know if you run into any problems, or if you still notice any problems with videos after you have done the update.
