The slider is working fine in IE9 in the theme’s demo.
It looks like you’ve disabled the slider in the site. Can you enable it again so that we can take a look?
Could be a plugin conflict on your site. Have you tried disabling all plugins and see if it’s working fine?

One of the plugins you’re using contains an error that prevents the rest of the page from loading. Try disabling the Google Custom Search plugin.
There was a problem with the Adsense code that you entered into the theme’s options. I’ve deleted that and the options page should be accessible again now.
We can’t help you if we can’t see your site. You have it password-protected?
