When not perched on my workspace, I tremendously enjoy hiking in the bushes and climbing mountains. They serve as much-needed refuges from the pretense of cities.

This usually happens when you have a page caching plugin installed, like W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache. Are you using any such plugins?

The excerpt view is not really suitable to parse shortcode, as the shortcode may be truncated by WordPress’ auto-excerpt feature, unless you’re using manual excerpts. Perhaps it’s best to use the More tag instead?

You are correct, there is currently no Russian translation for Graphene Mobile Neo yet. We welcome translation submissions and will refund 50% of your Graphene Mobile Neo purchase amount if you submit a new language translation.
Please refer to this page for more information:

In GM Neo Settings > Display > Excerpts Display, make sure you untick the option “Show excerpts in front page”.

Neo works out-of-the-box with WP Super Cache. There’s no need to make any further change.
However, if you want to be sure, go to WP Admin > Settings > WP Super Cache. Then, in the Advanced tab, make sure you tick the option for “Mobile device support”.

Quote:I want to remove some, and rearrange other menu items on the mobile menu, without affecting the menus for desktops.Go to WP Admin > Appearance > Menus. In the Theme locations list under “Menu Settings”, you will see that there are two menu locations for Neo. Just assign the menu you want to appear only to mobile users to those two menu locations.
Admin
Hi seeges,
No worries. You may proceed with purchasing Neo and we’ll refund your Graphene Mobile purchase in full after that.

August 10, 2016 at 9:57 pm #46216No, that’s fine. Just need to make sure the following two settings are applied in W3TC:
- In Dashboard > Performance > Page Cache > Advanced > Rejected cookies, enter
amts_mobile_themeon a new line. - In Dashboard > Performance > User Agent Groups, tick “Enabled” for both the “high” and “low” groups.
See this page for screenshots of the above:

Empty your site’s cache to make sure the new settings take effect. Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
