The excerpt view is not really suitable to parse shortcode, as the shortcode may be truncated by WordPress’ auto-excerpt feature, unless you’re using manual excerpts. Perhaps it’s best to use the More tag instead?

In GM Neo Settings > Display > Excerpts Display, make sure you untick the option “Show excerpts in front page”.

Neo works out-of-the-box with WP Super Cache. There’s no need to make any further change.

However, if you want to be sure, go to WP Admin > Settings > WP Super Cache. Then, in the Advanced tab, make sure you tick the option for “Mobile device support”.

Go to WP Admin > Appearance > Menus. In the Theme locations list under “Menu Settings”, you will see that there are two menu locations for Neo. Just assign the menu you want to appear only to mobile users to those two menu locations.

No, that’s fine. Just need to make sure the following two settings are applied in W3TC:

1. In Dashboard > Performance > Page Cache > Advanced > Rejected cookies, enter amts_mobile_theme on a new line.
2. In Dashboard > Performance > User Agent Groups, tick “Enabled” for both the “high” and “low” groups.
