    Hello,

Today I was looking at one of my sites (www.denversexcrimesattorney.com) and noticed that the mobile version of some of our content pages was showing up instead of the desktop version.

    Here are some examples:

Oops, I posted that before I was ready.

    Here is another example:

I was wondering if anyone knew what might be going on? Any help is appreciated.

    Thank you.

I was confused as to why it was only happening on some pages as well. Thought maybe it had something to do with the mobile theme.

Look forward to hearing any input.

    Thank you!

    Hi Terry,

This usually happens when you have a page caching plugin being used on the site, such as W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache, etc. Let me know if you do have these installed.

    Hi Syahir,

Yes, we do have W3 Total Cache on our site. Should we use a different caching plugin?

No, that’s fine. Just need to make sure the following two settings are applied in W3TC:

    1. In Dashboard > Performance > Page Cache > Advanced > Rejected cookies, enter amts_mobile_theme on a new line.
    2. In Dashboard > Performance > User Agent Groups, tick “Enabled” for both the “high” and “low” groups.

See this page for screenshots of the above:

Empty your site’s cache to make sure the new settings take effect. Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
