What’s your permalink setting? Try going to WP Admin > Settings > Permalinks and resave the settings (but I suspect you’re trying to have a rather invalid permalink setting there).
What’s the value that you currently have for Graphene Options > Display > Number of columns to display for front page footer widget? If there’s no value, try setting it to 3.
That’s because the option field for the adsense code filters out disallowed tags, which include <iframe>. (It uses the wp_kses_post() function if you’re interested to know more).
