Okay, I got the pages to rearrange in a Custom Menu and I chose Header Menu under Theme. Looks just I want it to! I still don’t have the “Page Attributes” box, but for now that’s okay. Thanks for your help.

August 14, 2013 at 9:31 pm #39786Hi Josh – No, I don’t think I’ve done anything with Custom Menus…I’ve done so many things, I honestly don’t remember. But following the instructions on this thread has caused this new problem: “…my content shows up in a box underneath a smaller, empty box now [on my front page].” See it right here
I’m trying to get rid of that small box. Do you have any ideas?

August 14, 2013 at 4:33 pm #39784Hi Prassana – Sorry, I was out of town for a few days. I disabled the Homepage panes and nothing seemed to happen. My Front Page, titled “Welcome”, still looks like this: null. Any other ideas? Thank you!!!

August 10, 2013 at 1:19 pm #39782Okay, I almost got it…I named my static front page “Welcome” and followed Prassana’s steps as outlined in the forum here: https://forum.graphene-theme.com/general-talk/how-to-create-static-frontpage-with-homepage-panes The only problem I have now is that my content shows up in a box underneath a smaller, empty box now. Is there any way I can get rid of this smaller box? I don’t know what it’s there for. My whole point in this was to have regular content show up on my Front Page because I haven’t decided if I even want a blog yet. Thank you for your help.

August 7, 2013 at 10:22 pm #39694Thank you. I will try all this and let you know if it works (I mean if I do it right). Sorry about the thread thing; I will start a new one with my next reply. Thank you very much for your help.

August 7, 2013 at 2:47 am #39692Thank you, Prasanna. That worked. I think I have two more questions:
1. If I don’t plan on having a blog, my Home page is blank. How do I fix that without making it one big, long column?
2. Over in the right column, there are a few boxes. I like the way they look; they break up the page, etc. However, the “Meta” box has one link called “Site Admin” that brings the user back to my Dashboard, so that they can go in and make all kinds of changes and edits, etc. I don’t like that – how do I fix it? There’s also a “Logout” link, which brings the user to my WordPress.org sign-in page (which has my username and password already filled in, as I use a password-remembering app). I can’t really have that, either. How do I get rid of that?
Thank you!!

August 6, 2013 at 2:30 am #39689Okay, I got it. No one ever told me that the Navigation buttons magically show up when you publish your page. You have no idea what kind of time and grief that issue has caused me! Grrr. Now, if I could just figure out how to get rid of the “leave a reply” message box at the bottom of one my pages, it would be perfect!
