thanks a lot for your reply.

Meanwhile the problem is solved. In a german support forum for wordpress someone found the mistake. Very easy thing. I have forgotten to set the hook under settings > discussion > avatar display. No problem with a theme update. Sometimes the easiest things went wrong :-/

If i remame the folder of “graphene” to “xxx_graphene” by using ftp and then install “graphene” as new theme using the way over design > theme > add theme > upload theme and then upload the zip foulder then i could install “graphene 2.6.3” without any problems. All settings are the same 🙂

But the next update will come and the problem is still the same :-/

But this failure occur not everytime and not everytime on the named pages.
