Hello all,

i have a problem with the update to graphene 2.6.3 and hope someone colud help me. If i use the auto update function then the update process stuck in the maintenance mode. If i use the way over design > theme and try to update the theme then the following error appaers:

“Aktualisierung fehlgeschlagen: Sehr geehrter Besucher _________________________________________________________  Sehr geehrter Besucher, leider ist ein Problem aufgetreten. Die angeforderte Seite hat einen Script-Fehler verursacht. Haben Sie sich vielleicht vertippt oder eine alte URL aufgerufen? Wenn nicht, informieren Sie bitte den Webmaster dieser Homepage per Email. Um zu der vorherigen Seite zur�ckzukehren, verwenden Sie bitte einfach die "Zur�ck" – Taste Ihres Browsers.  ” _________________________________________________________

Wordpress say that there is a script failure. How could i fix this?

Can you see if there is any entries in the server’s error log?

The update for plugins works normal.

Okay. Try turning on WP debug mode using below plugin, and attempt the update again to see if any error message comes up.

Error Log “No Log File Found”

If i remame the folder of “graphene” to “xxx_graphene” by using ftp and then install “graphene” as new theme using the way over design > theme > add theme > upload theme and then upload the zip foulder then i could install “graphene 2.6.3” without any problems. All settings are the same 🙂

But the next update will come and the problem is still the same :-/
