You could, but I would go over it with a fine tooth comb to figure out what is different about it. When you think you know, put that element in a new test post and see if the problem returns.
(E.g., I initially thought it might be that “until next time, Suzanne” image, but the code behind it looks okay. I could still be wrong, however.)

Update: It seems to be related to something on this post:
Any page which contains that post has this issue; the others do not.
Try editing that page and setting it to “draft” status and seeing if this problem goes away on the front page.

If it’s a plugin issue, how come deactivating them doesn’t fix it?
That’s why I asked about clearing your server cache in addition to your browser cache. You may have deactivated them, but if the server cache hasn’t been cleared, then it is still serving up old html files.

Now I want to set up templates for the theme.
Well, the templates are already there. I’ve got to admit, I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. WordPress templates aren’t templates in the way that other applications (say, Microsoft Word) think of templates. Templates are more of an issue for theme designers.
See if these pages in the codex help:

I have tried deactivating the plugins but no luck.
Did you make sure to clear your server cache after doing this?
You have a very strange issue where all the
<div>s that contain your posts are contained within the first set of<div>s that contain your first post. This is almost certainly a plugin issue.Mod

March 18, 2012 at 10:19 pm #26572I had to reload to see it, but it’s there. It looks like some sort of plugin conflict–probably a plugin that makes use of javascript or jQuery. (And for some reason, your site is loading an older version of jQuery. I’m not sure how much that has to do with it.)

March 18, 2012 at 7:51 pm #26559IE will only continue to be a problem as long as:
1) We continue to employ hacks to supports its wonky whims
2) We fail to encourage our readers to upgrade to a real browser, such as Firefox, Chrome, SeaMonkey, or even Opera.

Of course, IE isn’t totally useless: you can always use it to download Firefox.

Are you using Firebug? That really would make this a lot easier for you…sort of. (Menus are somewhat tricky with Firebug, because of their popping up and disappearing behavior, but it’s manageable.)
