In reply to: Changing my site overall width from 960px to bigger?
November 9, 2011 at 12:37 am #19517Hey Josh,
Thanks for the prompt response. Do you have an idea of what other adjustments I would need to play with once I stretch the container? I just want to get an idea of time I have to set aside to get this done. Thanks!
In reply to: Having problems with my header size Graphene 1.5.4???
November 8, 2011 at 4:17 am #19096Wow. Must be a problem with the my cache or something to related to it because I have cleared my cache several times and it still shows it cropped. Thank you very much to all and sorry for any inconveniences this post may have cost!
Any help would be appreciated!
I’m sorry if this is a question with an obvious answer, but I can’t locate my wp-content/themes/ folder? Is this in my wordpress admin appearance/edit themes location? Or is this folder located with my host server?
I am currently running Graphene 1.4.1 and I want to set up a child theme before I update to 1.5.2
Sorry I fixed my own problem Syahir Hakim. I just reread your note on the nav menus. Again thank you for your patience with me! Cheers!
Hey Syahir,
I was able to change it seconds ago before you replied. I went to the style.css and changed it to:
#header {
background-position: center top;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
border-top:1px solid #000;
height: 454px;
width: 100%;
position: relative;
and it worked.
I do have another question with 1.4, the navigation menu is acting funny now. How can I get it to not show up with a description under my two pages (‘About’ and ‘Contact Us’)? Thanks!
I also deleted my browsing history i.e. cache and still shows my header cut off wrong. 🙁
No. Graphene. My wordpress.org site is not ready yet and it is forwarded currently to my wordpress.com site that used Contempt by Vault9. I need to know how to change the post font on Graphene.
