Hey Daniel,

I’ve spent quite some time on your site and still have not been able to figure it out. I have, however, determined that the issue is independent of themes (I tried switching to the TwentyEleven theme and the issue still remains). I have also tried deactivating all of your plugins, and still the issue remains.

You might want to bring this issue to the WordPress.org support forum, and hopefully persons with greater technical knowledge of WP inner working than me can provide you with new insights.

WordPress does not show excerpt editor by default. Click on the “Screen Options” at the top right of the editor screen and tick “Excerpt”.

The menu item that is being highlighted, is it a Page, a Post, or a Custom menu item? Are you ugin Custom Menu or the default menu? I tried to replicate the issue but couldn’t.

HTML colour codes must begin with the hash (#) character. For example, instead of 181818 it must be #181818. Do this for all the colour options.
