1. Download the zip file to your computer.

2. Delete the Graphene theme from your server.

3. Install the downloaded zip file containing the new version of the theme using the instructions here, under the heading “By uploading the theme”

Compatibility with the plugin version of bbPress (bbpress 2.0 and above) will only be added in the upcoming Graphene version 1.6.

Try opening the header.php file in the theme’s folder and see if the code for the nav menu is there. If it’s not, just delete and reinstall the theme again.
