You can simply add the product image and then align it to the left, no? For the slideshow, try find some plugins that’ll allow you to create such slideshows and insert it in posts.

Seems like you’re looking for an ecommerce functionality. You can try one of the many ecommerce plugins available for WordPress, like WP e-Commerce, wooCommerce, eShop, etc.
Though you’ll probably won’t find all the you want above in a single package. You’ll have to do custom coding to implement some of the features, depending on which plugin you choose.
