Hello all, new to this forum and first post. I’m am trying to add products w/descriptions on a specific page (currently available), kind of like a catalog. Followed by a picture of the product with an intergrated slideshow. I can’t seem to find a plugin that will do this. Nor, neither do I know how to do this. Please forgive me if my terms are not correct. I’m not that saavy with IT terms.

Anyone suggestions?

Seems like you’re looking for an ecommerce functionality. You can try one of the many ecommerce plugins available for WordPress, like WP e-Commerce, wooCommerce, eShop, etc.

Though you’ll probably won’t find all the you want above in a single package. You’ll have to do custom coding to implement some of the features, depending on which plugin you choose.

Quick response! Thanks. The only things is, I’m not wanting a shopping cart. Not looking to sell online just yet.

Well, that did’nt appear like I thought.

I guess and image of the product and out to the side would be the description.

You can simply add the product image and then align it to the left, no? For the slideshow, try find some plugins that’ll allow you to create such slideshows and insert it in posts.
