Seems like your site is loading jQuery twice:

http://www.virginiastar.net/wp-vastar/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.8.3

The first one is likely to be causing the issue. The second one is the jQuery script bundled with WordPress.

Is that the only option that’s not displaying properly? What about the “Child page listings” option under the “Child Page Options” box?
