Sure. You can use the following shortcodes to display or exclude content only on mobile devices:

I cannot replicate the issue you’re reporting on my local development environment as well as on the theme’s demo site, all running WP 3.7.1 and Graphene 1.9.2. Can you perhaps provide a screenshot of the issue? Also, do you use Firefox and have Firebug installed for it?

Those are called “icon fonts”. Try searching that term on Google and you’ll see a lot of relevant results. FYI, GM Neo uses the Genericons icon font.

However, you might want to know that IE9 Mobile and below does not support icon fonts, therefore blank boxes will appear instead of the actual icons in those browsers.

This seems to be a bug in WordPress 3.7, which has been fixed in WordPress 3.7.1. Simply update your WordPress version to the latest version.
