Do you mean the silver/grey bar between the footer and the main content area?
If that’s what you mean, try this post.

In reply to: How to list post of the current category in sidebar for each cat on the hmenu?
August 1, 2011 at 12:05 pm #15915Try the instructions for the widget (which link from the plugin directory page linked above).
They seem fairly straightforward, but some might want to try Google Translate.

You can achieve this using a child theme. Search around in this forum for ideas.

The code (as mentioned in the codex page you linked to) you would be editing would be located in a child theme, not in the main theme files or in the main wordpress files, so no matter how often WordPress or Graphene are updated, your changes would remain.

Here at WordPress.com you and your visitors can use your Facebook, Twitter or WordPress.com account to leave comments.
I believe that only works for blogs hosted at WordPress.com, not for self-hosted WordPress blogs. It may be available through the Jetpack plugin, however–I haven’t had time to check that one out, however.

Firebug is good for a lot of this, but sometimes it pays to examine the original styles.css file, which is what I should have done in the first place.
Actually, you can learn a lot just by looking through the css file, especially after it’s been rewritten, as the /*nav*/ section has been.

I see. Have you checked the WordPress Plugin Repository to see if there is something similar to what you want? (The key to searching the repository is finding the right keywords, so persistence is needed.)
