I am also going to just leave it for now. I turned off Debug in wp-config so I don’t see the Notice.

The issue with accessing the dashboard seems to be more of a browser issue – it hasn’t happened again so far.

Getting same error as ABCDiamond is getting.

Re-installed WordPress 4.0 and Graphene 1.9.3.

No change.

Had to rename graphene folder in order to access backend.

Trying to use a debugger to see where the Notice is coming from.

I followed your suggestion and it’s now looking like it should.

I had to:

– upload custom header image

– change background color

– custom menus – menu structure was intact but I had to set it in Manage Locations

– widget contents were there but were switched around between the different widgets, ex: Graphene-before-content widget had contents of Front Page Footer Widget area

I moved custom css back to Graphene Options under Display tab.

My child CSS has just the header info and no css styles.

Glad it’s fixed!

Use light-colored header bars

Is there anything else?

That one change did not fix it.

Ken – are you able to look at how the css files are being loaded to see if that is why the formatting has been lost?

I need to get the CHild Theme to work though, because I want to edit footer.php and don’t want it overwritten.

I also moved custom css from Graphene Options to child theme stylesheet and it did not help….

I just now disabled plugins and no change, so I re-activated them.

What else can I try?

Just now updated Graphene theme from 1.9.2 to 1.9.3
