Josh, it works with XP too. I had to find one that worked with Win7 as the one I had been using with XP did not.
Josh: If you are using Windows 7, try the free Gadwin print screen utility. It has a lot of save as functionality. However, I cannot seem to upload OR paste to this forum. I would have used it to show you where I wanted the wood grain earlier.
Thanks for the words of advice. They carbon copy my words to my client who insists on having it auto-play. I can’t stand it either, but hey, they are the ones making the investment! They did agree that if the customers complain, they will consider that advice. So until then, I guess we will have to violate a “best practice” rule of media in a website. The movement in the bug was also a compromise. They wanted ants or termites crawling across the page. I told them that people call them to get away from bugs! But they too like the lady bug. Thank you so much for the help this evening.
YES! that’s it! Thank you sooooo much! Now my client will be happy!
What all tags in the css do what here? This might be something that I would like to really tweak around with.
The area behind the bug’s head and wiggling antennae!
Josh, specifically the gray area (#e3e3e3) behind the page/posting/widget area inside the content of the page. On this site using the Graphene theme, the page content is white with with a rounded top right corner. I am referring to the gray area behind THAT and maybe the footer section that is the same color.
Thanks guys!
Josh, I tried entering this into my custom CSS. It is not working for me. Is sidebar h3 the Main content wrapper?
I am working with http://aapcbugs.com/.
The URL of the background image is:
http://aapcbugs.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/09/woodgrain.png.
Thanks for taking a jab at it.
Thanks Josh. However when I was working with this, the image was exactly 960 X 199 in Photoshop save for web. The client keeps changing their mind on the look of the header image and I have found a suitable workaround for this situation. I do hope that it is resolved.
Thanks Ken.
