The switch link doesn’t appear by default (I did checked the check-box and I tried this on a test website with almost no plugins installed). But I managed to make it appear right below the footer by pasting the above shortcode in a widget and putting the widget in the “GM Neo Footer Text” action hook.

Later update: I managed to see this useful note which will most likely solve the problem:
Use the following shortcode [show_theme_switch_link] in templates to show the theme switch link.
Example: <?php echo do_shortcode(‘[show_theme_switch_link]’); ?>
You can also add Switch Mobile Theme link to your Menus from Custom Links section under Appearance > Menus.

Uhh, thanks very much!
PS. can you tell me how do you inspected the related CSS code?
I usually right click on the issue and “inspect element” in Chrome but it doesn’t work in this case.

After looking again, some of the issues seem to not be theme related, however, one issue remains.
I have described it this image: http://tinypic.com/r/n2mvxu/8.
I can provide the map list module and/or access to my site if needed.

Cool, your fix works well.
I still don’t understand this clearfix compatibility issue, but I’m glad it works. Thanks!

Here is the website showing the error: http://www.tolbacueducatie.ro/
I also made a image explaining it but I cannot uploads files here so I put it here: http://www.tolbacueducatie.ro/test.PNG
The plugin looks pretty well done as in features and was last updated 3 weeks ago but from what you say I tend to believe the incompatibility is because of the plugin, not the theme.
I have the same problem and it seems to be present even when I view http://demo.graphene-theme.com/ in IE8 on two different computers (one WinXp and one Windows Vista). I make a print screen but don’t know how to attach it to the post (maybe attachments are disabled).
So it is very likely that is a problem in the theme itself.
Can anybody suggest a CSS fix?
