I am working on the following web site. Currently, I have a status update post in blue

However, I would like to apply this color scheme or the orange color scheme for a video post format. The default color for video post is pink. I guess it uses a backgroung image. I would like to change pink color scheme for video post to orange.

This might sound like a silly question –

I tried installing firebug plugin and it displayed few drop down boxes on web site which I couldnt understand. And the web site is live for teachers so I cant disturb the overall user interface while I testing something.

Hey Jeremy,

Did you manage changing the video post header? I too want to change to either the blue like that for the status update post or the orange for the audio post. But Cant figure how to do it?

Hi,

I have multiple authors/contributors on the Web site. All of them have created their Gravatar. However, for some reason most of the gravatar aren’t visible on the web page, instead it shows the gravatar logo. These authors haven’t started blogging yet so to test the gravatar I am using a Author Avatars List plug in to display the avatars in the sidebar widget http://devapps.dmc.hct.ac.ae/wordpress/?page_id=1248

And most of the gravatars aren’t displayed.

Hey Josh,

Thanks for your help. I have tried this and it worked pretty well.You were right about the ’email this post’ feature. There is no default option for this and the only way to do it is through ‘social sharing’ option…

However, I still feel the email icon looks really neat.

Hey Prasanna and Kenneth, thanks a million for your help. I tried the custom menus and it worked. I still have few queries but I have got a hang of it… I could manage all th basic stuff.

Regarding ‘Email this Post’ I couldn’t find the option. I am still working on this one.

Slider images issue – I have asked my graphic designer to help me with it based on your recommendations. Once the images are edited I shall try it and update.
