If you uploaded the background using the Appearance > Background page, it should still be in the server. Try look for it Media > Library.

You can hide the comments accepted tags notes via the theme’s options page.

Also, you can rearrange the menu by using the WordPress Custom Menu function. Just go to Appearance > Menus.

This is a standard feature of the theme, when the featured image is greater than or equal to 900×198 pixels. It allows you to have different header image for different posts/pages.

To disable, just tick the Disable Featured Image replacing header image option in Appearance > Graphene Display options page, under the Header Display Options.

You can use the Text widget to add the profile paragraph in the sidebar.

You footer and widget areas are showing just fine to me.

Also, are you referring to the subscribe/unsubscribe link at the top of every posts? If yes, the theme doesn’t include that feature. It must be some plugin, which you can deactivate to remove the feature.

Hurm..this is weird…

Did you modify the theme’s codes in any way?

Try renaming the file editor-style.css in the theme’s folder to editor-style.css.bak and see if the problem is still there.
