Add this to your Custom CSS option:

h1.page-title {

background: -moz-linear-gradient(left top , #0F2D4D, #2880C3);

background: -webkit-linear-gradient(left top , #0F2D4D, #2880C3);

background: linear-gradient(left top , #0F2D4D, #2880C3);

}

Obviously, change the colour codes with your desired colours.

But really, I’m not seeing any problem from my end. I have tested your site in IE7, IE8, and IE9, and they all look fine to me.
