You’re using an older version of the theme. If you haven’t modified any of the theme’s files, update to the latest version (1.8.2) to get that option.

OK, export your Graphene settings, and then reset it. Then try making the changes again. It could be that the settings stored in the database is corrupted somehow.

No, the Facebook widget and all the rest of the widgets below it are inside the radio widget. Check that radio widget for any unclosed <div>, and close it with </div>.
