Actually, you need to enable both the “high” and “low” user agent groups in W3TC, but set the “theme” in that setting to “Pass-through”. It works best that way.

If you’re referring to the image beside the title of the “Welcome” page on the front page, that image is taken from the following sources (in this order):

1. Featured image for that post/page

2. First image that is uploaded for that post/page

Also, you might also want to disable the footer theme switch link option in Mobile Smart, as Graphene Mobile has already added that link in the footer.

I don’t see the mobile theme on the link you provided when I visit it using mobile device. Can you verify that the Graphene Mobile theme is installed properly on the site?
