Graphene Mobile currently does not have a Custom Header feature. You could still add an image to the header either by using Custom CSS or by using an action hook widget area in the header to insert an image there.
I just looked at your site in mobile. However, I cannot reproduce the issue that the secondary menu is hiding the primary menu. It’s working as intended as far as I can tell. Can you provide a screenshot when this is happening on your device?
Given the amount of links you’d like to include in the menu though, I would suggest using the
<select>menu instead of the dropdown menu. You can switch to<select>menu from the theme’s options page.Marking thread as resolved. You can do this yourself as well.
Technically you can. It’s all just CSS.

But really, why would you want to do that?
