But first check plugins.

You might find some answers here:
Well, I can see You are Adobe creative. Do You know any Adobe related link talking about edit this kind of file, say: “We want to change menu color image file & make black gradient another color. “
Your .nav menu image file in background line:
#nav {
background: url("images/sprite_h.png") repeat-x scroll left top gray;
border-bottom: 3px solid #FFFFFF;
border-top: 1px solid #333333;
height: 46px;
padding-top: 12px;
position: relative;
width: 100%;
z-index: 100;

Hi Elvira
What plugin might that be 🙂
Kim
Have You any WordPress plugin that might do this?
Somewhere there is made wrong changes to Themes core files.
The best cure is a clean theme & changes in child theme.
Edit: Sorry, my advice.
Kim
Hihi
If You can wait with the menu change. Image way meets more different browser req.
New options in WordPress3 Menu “Screen Settings” surely change it down the line.
You might like to look at Gravatar here: http://en.gravatar.com/
Gravatar follows Your e-mail address globally where its used, also in wordpress.
The Graphene Theme is Syahir’s work.
Thank You for the kind words 🙂
Im working with computers & software. Like Graphene Theme, CSS code & how it evolves.
And I like helping others & You are always welcome.

Edit: Have You made a rescan with codestyling, there might be lines not translated.
Well, the hard way is to rename the english files (or any language) to it_IT.mo & .po
and make it right, let google get to work 🙂
But then again: Italian (it_IT), by Ermes Gelosa

Well, I see Your problem. No doubt its in the themes core files.
Hmm, if You have a child theme.
I simply think You have to install or copy Graphene files again, so You overwrite
Graphene core files. Before You do, choose another theme in list, and then return
to the Graphene child theme when your done.

Hey again
What happens if You put a empty file named: loop-children.php
in Your Graphene Child catalog!
I think its corrected in next Graphene update 🙂

Why not write the title in the graphical header image or even in the top bar image?
Theres also a Theme View option that makes header image link to frontpage.
If its SEO, remember tagline here: /wp-admin/options-general.php
Well, I think its better 🙂
