Background position is usually a WordPress feature: Appearance >> Background. Why are you using custom CSS to affect this?

then use this custom CSS:
.postid-118 .page-title {display: none;}Substitute your post ID for “118”

That image only shows up on the author’s page. Additionally, it must be less than 150px in width.
You are also using hovercards, which use the Gravatar image.
