Header:

Graphene Options >> Display >> Header Display Options (first one) >> Tick box marked “Link header image to front page.”

Forum: When you are on the main “Support” page, scroll down to the bottom, look for “New Topic in this Forum.” You always have to go back to a sub-forum, like “Support” or “Bug Report.”

After you select an image, and then upload, a dialogue box appears asking for title, alternate text, etc. Scroll down and there is a box labeled “Link URL” — you can enter the appropriate URL there.

After you enter the picture, you can go back and edit it, and then change it so the link opens in a new window. (Why WP doesn’t give you the opportunity to do this when you first upload the image, I don’t know.)

You can always check the WordPress Codex for other tips and techniques.
