If you’re using a plugin, you can try using a different, more recently updated one. Or use something like addthis.com

Try reinstalling Graphene.

For the second, you can use a custom menu in Graphene Neo to set whichever order you want.

If you haven’t updated anything on your end, it’s probably something that Facebook has changed with their API. They are pretty notorious for making changes that cause issues for people.
