Graphene ShortCode Plugin: Images Missings
-
Hello,
I have installed the plugin for the shortcodes for this theme here:
https://forum.graphene-theme.com/?ddownload=3403
(Linked from this page: https://forum.graphene-theme.com/announcement/graphene-1-9-4-update/)
But when I use the codes on my site, the images do not appear – ie: the green ! mark for important, the red X for error, etc.
I tried placing the previous images from the theme into the js/images and js/buttons directories (the button one doesn’t seem to exist in the plugin).
Does anyone know of how I can make these images appear on the pages when used?
Thanks.

Can you include a link to a post where this is occurring?

Sure can! I made a test page located here:
http://www.tempestseason.com/test-page/
This test page has the 4 message block types.
I am using W3 Total Cache. I’m not sure if this is causing the issue or how to determine it.
Thanks for the help!

If not that, try temporarily disabling all your plugins and clearing your cache afterward. This may be related to a plugin.

Hello!
I have deactivated the W3 Total Cache plugin and now the images are showing up.
So that is the problem – do you have any suggestions on what could be causing it before I go to W3 Total Cache support(probably not but figured I’d ask – you never know…).
Thanks.

Maybe try some different configurations of W3?
Quote:Maybe try some different configurations of W3?It appears the minify for css is causing it. I tried a few different combinations of the css options but nothing worked so I turned it off for now. I’ll be going to their forums for further help. Thanks a lot!
