Custom Menu + element = NO GO

Hi there! Loving this easy plugin with the Google mobile-friendly algorithm changes coming up. I’ve hit just one snag. I created a custom menu, applied it to my graphene mobile theme and opted to use the <select> element menu. The menu drop-down displays and drops down when clicked, and you can select a menu item, but it doesn’t GO anywhere when selected, just stays on the current page. Please help!! http://www.youwebchick.biz is the site in question.

    What plugin?

The link you provided returns a 404.

Should this be in Graphene Mobile Support or Graphene Mobile Neo Support instead of here? If so, let me know and I’ll move it.

Sorry, not actually a plugin; I was referring to Graphene Mobile. I mistyped the URL; should have been http://www.yourwebchick.biz. According to the web address, https://forum.graphene-theme.com/graphene-mobile-support-requests/custom-menu-element-no-go, I did post this in Graphene Mobile Support. Can you help?

Sorry, I misread the URL. Too many tabs open.

Possibly a plugin issue? Try disabling plugins.

Does it work properly when you don’t use <select>?

The menu works when I turn off select, but then it looks too crowded, which is why I wanted to use the select menu option.

I’ll try disabling plugins and get back to you.

DANGIT! It’s my Anti-Captcha. I turned off all the plugins (except Mobile Smart, of course), turned them back on one at a time…sure enough, Anti-Captcha is the culprit. What do I do now? I can’t very well just leave myself wide open for hundreds of SPAM comments daily. Do you know of a free, effective, reliable spam filter that doesn’t interfere with Graphene Mobile?

    Akismet is good.

Also found CleanTalk $8/yr versus Akismet’s $60/yr. And my mobile menu works! Thanks!!

(This is weird…I couldn’t log in earlier and now I can’t seem to submit a post…)

Ah. Must have been because I had a link in there to CleanTalk…
