You can also just use your browser’s “View Source” function to find the ID. It’s attached as a css class to the
bodytag:<body class="single single-post postid-2052 single-format-standard custom-background three_col_left three-columns">The id is 2052. You can see it here.

Put code in between backtick (
Code:`) characters. It’s usually located above the Tab key on your keyboard.
It might help if we knew exactly what you were trying to accomplish. Other than that, it’s a matter of copying one of Graphene’s page templates and altering it the way you want or need.

The thumbnail size is controlled by WordPress.
You can go to Settings >> Media and adjust your thumbnail sizes there.

I see your header just fine, and the icons here, but not the image here, because it is hosted at http://tempaacs.org/, which has been suspended by GoDaddy.

Pages and posts are fundamentally different creatures, and serve different purposes on a website. Here is a rundown:
Usually, only pages show up in a menu. However, you can add whatever you like if you use a custom menu. Graphene does support custom menus.
