if its video files from places like youtube which it looks like use oEmbed where you put the url and it generates itself here is a link to the codex if you need further helps on the subject http://codex.wordpress.org/Embeds

i don’t know if i understand what you want to do but if i do i manage the widgets i have on individual pages using a plugin called TS Custom Widgets http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/slayers-custom-widgets/
