    oooooh i see. yeah, i think i even knew that the first time i did a child theme years ago, but forgot.

    I’m having a similar problem. It’s not a cache issue, and I am not sure how to go about the “child theme” resolution.

    Did you modify the theme’s style.css file?

    Yes, you would want to create a child theme instead. See here for instructions:
