Hello Kenneth, thanks for the response.

I checked with my host about server cache:

    Hey SS,

I’m troubleshooting a WordPress plug-in and the author suggested that I empty the server cache. Is that something I can do from my CP and if so how?

    Thanks!

    Lance

    Hello,

We do not use server caching mechanisms by default. There are none enabled for your account either. Please ask the authors of the plug-in to elaborate further on their suggestion, after informing them that such mechanisms are not used at the server.

    Best regards,

    Support

I’ve also checked that Graphene Mobile is selected in the Mobile Smart plugin.

    MobileTheme.jpg

Current status is – no page loads on my iPhone. Mobile Smart is active.

I will leave it like this so you can see it.

Terrific Kenneth! Thank you so much!

This is the first time i’ve built a site and it’s been up for over a year. I don’t even remember putting those keywords there, but their display in the header has been annoying me for a long time. The site looks so much better without that noise!

Yes, I have the Yoast SEO installed and i do try my best to get at least a pale yellow, if not a green indicator. I understand about google not using Meta keywords anymore. I think I’d read that in Yoast.

(btw, I didn’t erase them, I enclosed them as you suggested.)

    Till next time, thanks!

    Hi Kenneth,

    Thanks for looking.

The text was added in Appearance, Graphene Theme Options, Advanced, “Custom <head> Tags”

with the prompt: “Code to insert into the <head> element”

I did not enter any HTML, I just wrote some words to describe my site.

I’m not sure what it was that prompted me to do this, probably something I read somewhere.

Do you suggest I delete the text? Or can I define it as tags while hiding it from the page?

    Many thanks,

    Lance
