Yeah I’ve tried re-replacing the featured image, and I always set it to “full size” (960×340)
The post references the original image at 940, but firebug displays the reduced size image in the slider.
Something automatically reduced the image size and renamed it with the dimensions in the filename.

Interesting! Any idea why it would automatically resize the featured images and use those instead? The images in the posts are full size…
The images I’m using are 960px wide. Here’s a direct link to one of the images:

I’m still having a problem though, that I see others have unresolved as well:
The featured image is tiled weird, even though I uploaded images the exact same size as the slider. Also, when I add
}
.full-sized .slider_post {
width: 100%;
}so that the each slide is shown full-width, it no longer automatically slides

Yes! The second solution is exactly what I’m looking for. But the code doesn’t seem to change anything except take away the original box shadow
