The current version has a bug where the theme calculates the header image size incorrectly, hence your featured image is always smaller than what the theme thinks the header image is. We’ll fix this in the next update.

There’s no option to insert different Adsense code in Graphene. If you need this, try to search for plugins that are developed specifically for managing Adsense ads on your site.

I believe your site has been heavily customised previously, using a child theme. Those customisations would need to be adapted to the Graphene 2.0.

I would suggest starting over and do the customisation again, but on a local or development site. While you’re doing that, you can roll back your live site to the previous version.
