Antonio, When I attempted to upgrade Neo to 1.8.2, it would act like it was upgrading but then give the error message posted above. I found the answer after posting the request for help by using the search function to search a few unique words from the error message in the search box on top of each support page. For example, search “PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT”. The answer was I needed to input the Key I got when I purchased Neo. I had added Neo to a new site and hadn’t entered the Key. So, Neo would give me the error because it didn’t know I had a legal copy. You can use Neo on multiple sites, just remember to enter your key each time you install it. Good Luck!

I should have searched the error message on this forum. Thanks

I’ve waited to see if I can figure this out by myself. No Luck. I had already done the “rejected cookies” setting. After your post, I Enabled High and Low Users Agent Groups.

The home page ends up being the desktop view. By ends up, I mean that if I empty all caches, it works properly. Then some time later the home page (rackinghorselane.com) ends up showing the desktop view while the other pages correctly show the mobile view.

The “don’t cache front page ” box is not checked in Total Cache (why wouldn’t you want the speed advantage on that page?)

Since the first post, I have tried various “fixes.” I have disabled the Word Fence Cache and gone to the W3 total Cache and upgraded to the trial Any Mobile Theme Pro Switcher. Still have times when the wrong presentation is given. Clearing the Cache gets it working properly again. Is it standard practice to have a “choose you view” link on each page? It would seem like we would not need that.

Thank you for your responses. I have made the necessary corrections and discovered that my iPod can show me what an iPhone viewer sees. Now I will play with the various settings. Again, thank you.
