I’ve re-installed wordpress from scratch, Uploaded a fresh copy of the newest graphene build and re-imported SQL database. Disabled all plugins.

And another one but can’t find the link at this time. It was similar about changing some CSS on the theme options.
Another strange thing that has happened. The page template can’t be Theme Default, or it wrecks everything, including the wordpress visual editor. That probably has a bit to do with this alignment problem I’m having. I usually just set the page template to “One column, no sidebar”
