Yes, I ended up having to manually upload the image through my cpanel and then added a bit of code in the header to manually fetch it.

Okay, I tried setting the favicon that way (Graphene Options > Display > Miscellaneous > Favicon URL), but it still just shows the WordPress “W” on my site. I tried it through the link that says “upload or select image from gallery” and I also tried manually inserting the URL. As well I tried a couple different file formats (.jpeg, .png) all with the same negative results.

Like I said, it shows up properly on the back end of my site but when I view the front end it shows that WordPress “W”.
Is there a way to manually change it then?
