Lost my sidebar too after 3.5 upgrade; my help request remains open too.

My site was put up solo, not with web master— 🙁

Hmmm. Just updated ONE of my Graphene themed sites to WP 3.5, and lost the ability to have more than one column.

Normally my site http://www.PatriciaRaymond.net features one main column and a widget column on the right.

In Display/Column Mode the radio button is properly highlighted to have the widget column on the right and main display on the left.

In the Wigets area, all my stuff is still there and properly configured. I am using Graphene 1.82. (and now WordPress 3.5)

Any suggestions? Am on hold for updating my other sites.

Column is missing on both Mozilla and ie.
