I think there are two problems in what your writing!

Your WordPress Permalinks/slugs been changed so You receive 404 errors.

This just might be solved with this plugin: WCS Custom Permalinks Hotfix

If You are hacked: Backup? Change Your Admin username & password:

Its post id-1627 showing on Your static page.

Normal on static page You have some welcome page as frontpage.

If You find post id-1627 what happens if You make it private.

Please supply link/URL to the site in question!

You have to make a static page /wp-admin/options-reading.php & use the build-in menu system /wp-admin/nav-menus.php, thats it 🙂

In post editor: Most right buttom: In first row: Show one more line buttons.

An there You have two Indent buttons – right/left 🙂
