You don’t really want to get rid of it. If you make your content area have a width of 100%, then your pages will be stretched very wide on the newer wider monitors, and readability suffers. When readability suffers, you lose readers.

Which theme location did you add that custom menu to?

I’m not entirely sure what you are asking for, but try adding this to your custom CSS:
.slider_post_title {display:none;}Mod

First query: if you are referring to the space to the left and right of your picture, you can either use a larger picture, or you can edit the picture, click on “Advanced Settings” and change the width and height so that it fits in your new width better. I would recommend the former method, however, because if you scale up you will see distortion in the image.

Do you want to move just those images that this plugin generates? Or all images?

Well, the current width of the container is 960px. The actual width of the content area depends upon how many sidebars you are using.
You can identify the width of various elements by using Firebug or by looking at the theme’s style sheet.
The width of the theme will be flexible in the next update. If you change the width, you will need to update your plugin settings.

This bit at the end is wrong:
<?php
include('settings.php);
?>I agree with Josh. You are using an older version of Graphene; try updating and seeing if the problem goes away.
