You can do this via the Media Gallery. Just go into it, find the header images, and delete them.

Hmm…where are you trying to insert this code? You should be able to insert it into Graphene’s built-in Adsense options or into just about any text widget without a problem.

This may have to do with Google only wanting to serve ads to real people, and not validators.

When I click on “Charlie”, I can see his picture in the page, but when I click on the actual picture of him (at http://www.happycatshaven.org/charlie/), I get a 404. Are these pictures hosted on your site (i.e., you uploaded them to WordPress) or are they on some other site and you are only linking to them?
