In reply to: Skip Cropping Header No Longer Available when Uploading Header Image
August 10, 2021 at 9:00 am #51778If I get Graphene Pro, is it possible for these issues to be fixed? Will I get support? Is this theme being maintained? If it’s actively being maintained and I can get the errors fixed, I will get it. If not I guess I will get something else and re-design everything from scratch.

August 10, 2021 at 6:37 am #51777I tried adding the header and cropping it and this is the error:

Oh I figured out that I have to click on Graphene:Colors not Colors… Colors is empty but the options I need are in Graphene:Colors.
Hi Syahir, I just disabled ALL my plugins. When I open “Color” it is still a blank page. Is there anything else I can do to fix it? I need to change the background color of the site. Perhaps I can use Custom CSS instead to accomplish this? Thank you so much.
I have the same problem, but I don’t have a child theme.
I go to Appearance –> Customize –> Colors and the page is completely blank.
I already customized all the colors and now I need to adjust them but there is nothing there now.
I used to have a child theme but got rid of it.
I now just have 4 lines of code in the Customize CSS part of the theme instead.
